This text amends and supplements Law No. 18-11 on health in its pharmaceutical component. It transfers oversight of the National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products from the ministry responsible for health to the ministry responsible for pharmaceutical industry, and redefines the Agency's powers regarding the registration of pharmaceutical products and the approval of medical devices.
