Quality Policy

The National Agency for Pharmaceutical Products embeds all of its processes - registration, approval, quality control, inspection and vigilance - in a continuous quality approach, aligned with World Health Organization (WHO) standards and with the maturity level 3 (ML3) regulatory pathway.

This policy rests on the continuous training of inspectors and assessors, the standardisation of procedures, the traceability of decisions and attentiveness to stakeholders (pharmaceutical operators, health professionals, institutional partners).

It also draws on international cooperation, notably with the WHO, partner regulatory authorities and mutual recognition bodies, to continuously strengthen the reliability of the national pharmaceutical regulatory system.
