ANPP at the UNDP Annual Retreat:

The National Agency of Pharmaceutical Products was invited to take part in the UNDP’s annual retreat, which took place from May 14th to 18th, 2023, in Constantine, in the presence of:

▪️UNDP:

– Mr. Alejandro ALVAREZ, United Nations Resident Coordinator in Algeria;

– Mr. Abdallah DARDARI, UNDP Assistant Secretary-General and Director for the Arab Region;

– Mrs. Blerta ALIKO, UNDP Resident Representative in Algeria;

– UNDP Algeria representatives;

Algerian institutions:

– Mr. Hocine MEZOUED, Director of Economic Relations and International Cooperation, Director Generalate of Multilateral Relations (Ministry of Foreign Affairs);

– National Project Directors (NPD);

In this context, ANPP General Manager Dr. Cherif DELIH spoke at the session dedicated to project managers about the project entitled ‘Support for the health and pharmaceutical sectors in the fight against Covid-19’.

Dr. Cherif Delih and ANPP executives, accompanied by representatives of the UNDP and Algerian institutions, also visited the ANPP annex in Constantine, to discuss new projects in the pipeline for cooperation between the ANPP and the UNDP.
